To ensure operational readiness, Resilient Pilot – together with training partners - has created a bespoke, competency based training and continuous personal and professional development 'pilot performance programme' as recommended by IATA (and the UK CAA) for AFAP members.

The ultimate objective is to provide a platform for pilots to take ownership for maintaining and developing their personal and professional resilience, thus enhancing operational performance.
