Resilient Crew aims to provide support and guidance for the cabin crew community, mirroring the support already given by our volunteer-run, not for profit organisation Resilient Pilot. Established in May 2020, here at Resilient Pilot we have been desperate to extend our support to the cabin crew community and we are proud to announce this April 2021 we have finally made it happen.
Our mission is to ensure all crew collectively are fully equipped to safely return to the skies when airline operations and recruitment recommences.
Resilient Crew will provide a range of primarily free resources to support crew including – mentoring and coaching, wellbeing resources, webinars and specific #TuesdayTuneIns focusing on all aspects of professional and personal support and development for crew.
As well as free 1:1 mentoring and coaching, Resilient Crew will provide opportunities to bring flight and cabin crew together through joint webinars and crew room chats. We aim to develop the Resilient Crew offering in response to feedback received through our 1:1 mentoring and coaching sessions, in exactly the same way that Resilient Pilot evolved.

We’re extremely proud to be able to offer this support network for cabin crew, built on the all-important foundations that Resilient Pilot is centred on, and continuing to collaborate with other industry professionals. Everything we have been doing at Resilient Pilot is centred around maintaining wellbeing and helping to encourage diversity. This message will again be echoed wholeheartedly through Resilient Crew.
Furthermore, we recognise that many former Cabin Crew will not be planning a return to the skies, however, our Mentors and webinars are for all Past, Present and Future Cabin Crew Colleagues. There are a significant number of our Cabin Crew community who have felt a sense of loss when it has come to the downturn in Aviation. Everyone has been experiencing different situations and emotions as a result of the Pandemic, but one thing is assured: Resilient Crew is here for you.
As always, we don’t profess to be experts, but champions of good practice and look forward to signposting useful resources to now both the pilot and cabin crew community.
