Resilient Pilot was born out of the pandemic to provide a platform for pilots and crew who were displaced as a result. We soon realised the importance and potential of virtual connectivity with our peers and global community providing support by our diverse and inclusive team members. Diversity is at the heart of what we do to inspire the next generation of aviation professionals from any walks of life.

 

Although our live Wednesday Webinars have reduced in frequency as our members return to normality, we are still able to connect industry professionals, via a large bank of Webinars on Demand, in which hot topics are debated and discussed. Our virtual workshops, mentoring and coaching activities, ensure that members are never disconnected from the industry and share best practices with our global spectrum of aviation professionals. Our collaborative partners and networking opportunities, and socials provide an extensive range of resources to maintain industry connections.
