The sheer volume of work was the hardest part.

I enjoyed working as part of a team, meeting new people every week. For me though the best part was visiting new places and exploring.

Long hours and sleepless nights.

Which of the Pilot Competencies are of most interest to you and why?

Having come full circle and now working as a trainer I’m interested in most pilot competencies. Communication & team work are particularly important.

Additional info

The word resilient is particularly important to me personally. I lost my medical at the age of 33 due to a rare form of cancer, so the word resilience resonates with me!
As I struggled with mental health after being diagnosed and then losing my job I’d like to help others who are in the same boat.
