Inspire, educate and engage our next generation of aviation professionals
Resilient pilot is delighted to have been awarded funding from The DfT-backed Skills Challenge Fund in collaboration with CAAi supporting the Government's Reach For The Sky Initiative. We will inspire students from Y7 to Y11 by delivering virtual workshops (delivered by our range of aviation professionals) that aim to introduce and improve the awareness of aviation careers, with a focus to improve social mobility by encouraging students from diverse, underrepresented disadvantaged areas of The UK. Students that showed a keen interest during the Aviation Inspiration workshops join our online virtual programme to develop personal confidence, professional competencies and connections (Resilience) related to aviation careers, focusing on scenario based training as learning and development opportunities.
