Resilient Pilot Performance Programme

To ensure operational readiness, Resilient Pilot – together with training partners - has created bespoke, regulated pilot performance programmes as recommended by the UK CAA. The programmes are available for both type rated and non-rated pilots and are recognised by the UK’s DWP which means that eligible pilots may be able to access funding to cover the costs.

DWP Funding  may be available to help pilots fund this programme for those who are currently on universal credit.

Please contact your DWP Job Coach to enquire further and direct them to our dedicated Job Coach pages to help them understand your need – www.resilientpilot.com/DWPJobCoach

Resilient Pilot Performance Programme:

Type Rated Pilots (Boeing and Airbus*)

Created for pilots who are not currently operational to ensure you retain their skills, medical and currency in readiness for a return to flying as job opportunities return.

*Please contact us current@resilientpilot.com if you are rated on a different type. We are in discussion with other training providers to expand the list of types we can accommodate.

The programme focuses on three key pillars –

  • Keeping pilots supported through the provision of free mentoring, peer support and wellbeing guidance

  • Keeping pilots current by regularly refreshing pilot competencies, technical and non-technical skills; and ensuring the all-important LPC and annual medical checks are covered

  • Keeping pilots connected through the provision of regular webinars on industry related topics; and employability workshops.

Resilient Pilot Performance Programme:

Non-Rated Pilots

Created to help non-rated pilots – normally newly qualified fATPL or CPL/IR holders who have not yet secured their first airline job - to retain their skills, medical and currency in readiness for job opportunities as they arise.

The programme focuses on three key pillars –

  • Keeping pilots supported through the provision of free mentoring, peer support and wellbeing guidance

  • Keeping pilots current by regularly refreshing pilot competencies, technical and non-technical skills; and ensuring the all-important ME/IRs are renewed and revalidated and annual medical checks are covered

  • Keeping pilots connected through the provision of regular webinars on industry related topics; and employability workshops.
