Hello. We're Resilient Pilot
We are a pilot and professional coach-led training and development organisation specialising in CBTA and EBT solutions. We combine an integrated assessment and continuous development platform, virtual scenario training, pilot instructor/evaluator training and development programmes, and our app - Resilience Deck - to deliver a complete CBTA/EBT solution. In addition, our ATPL(A) programme - the first in the UK to integrate real-time virtual scenario-based training - means our training and development spans the bredth of a pilots' career on the flight deck.

Stuart Beech
A380 pilot Stuart, founded Resilient Pilot in 2020 and leads the organisations' strategy and product development. Stuart is a qualified CBTi and is a regular speaker on CBTA and EBT at industry event, most recently at WATS 2025.

Priya Doobaree
Priya has 25 years experience as an airline pilot. She is an Organisational Psychologist and Coach, and has worked with Resilient Pilot since its inception. As IFALPA's representative at ICAO, Priya influences global aviation policy at the intersection of operational reality, international business strategy, and psychological science - bringing frontline pilot perspectives to the highest levels of industry governance.

Johanna is a qualified and accredited coach with over 1,000 hours of experience with people from a variety of sectors and industries. She helps ensure Resilient Pilot is a ’safe pair of hands’ by training and supervising all our mentor coaches.

Naomi is a Director of Resilient Pilot Australia Pacific, an EMCC Accredited Mentor/Coach, Safety and Technical Officer with the Australian Federation of Air Pilots (AFAP) and a former B737 Training Captain with Virgin Australia.

Samantha has over 20 years experience in people development. A passionate aviator, Samantha is a Senior Practitioner Accredited Coach/Mentor with the EMCC and a trained facilitator.
