Stansted Airport College teams up with Resilient Pilot to train future pilots

LONDON, 2 October 2025: A group of aviation students at Stansted Airport College will get an amazing opportunity to take part in a specialist pilot training programme with aviation training specialists, Resilient Pilot.

Resilient Pilot is a UK CAA-approved training organisation specialising in innovative pilot training programmes. Led by operational airline pilots and aviation professionals, Resilient Pilot delivers mentoring, theory training, and competency-based tools to support airlines and pilots as they transition to CBTA/EBT. Resilient Pilot has created the world’s first app for human factors and pilot competency development, Resilience Deck, which helps IEs and pilots continuously develop the skills and behaviours required on the flightdeck.

Stuart Beech, Founder and CEO of Resilient Pilot said: “Resilient Pilot was founded with the aim of supporting the aviators of the future, and our partnership with Stansted Airport College is testament to that mission.
