Why did you build Resilience Deck?
We know that for many budding aviators, becoming a pilot is not just a job, its a vocation. Resilience Deck was concieved and developed by operational pilots to support new entrants into the industry develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes as prescribed by EASA and the UK's CAA. Enabiling you to continiously develop the skills needed for a career on the flight deck, Resilience Deck is designed to help pilots and instructors be the very best they can be.
What is CBTA?
CBTA or Competancy Based Training and Assessment, is the future of pilot training. Rather than simply completing a set number of training hours, CBTA focuses on the continious development of skills and knowledge, applied in real world situations. Both IATA and the CAA want to see pilot training move towards CBTA over the coming years as it is proven to be a more efficient method of training a competent pilot workforce.
Who are Resilient Pilot?
Resilient Pilot is a pilot-founded Approved Training Organisation (ATO). We have our roots in the pandemic of 2020, where we helped cadets and piots affected by industry shutdowns. Since then we have grown into a multi-disiplinary training organisation supporting thousands of pilots around the world. Whether you are just starting your pilot career or are a seasoned professional, we have a range of courses and resources to support your ongoing development.
