What is KSA100?
Under UK regulation, every ATO must define the knowledge, skills and attitudes (KSAs) its students must develop which are the KSA100 Learning Objectives (LOs) that cover the five global industry non-tech pilot competencies (COM, LTW, WLM, PSD, SAW), resilience and UPRT. The KSA100 is designed ensure you’re developing effective behaviours (OBs) as an airline pilot from day one. Knowledge Core ATPL theory mapped to real-world operations (Air Law, Meteorology, Navigation, Performance, Human Performance, and all 14 ATPL subjects). Skills Practical application through our vSBT virtual scenarios — threat and error management, decision-making drills, ability to recognise, respond, and recover from unexpected events and CRM. Attitudes The resilience, professionalism, and human-factors mindset you need to thrive in any modern airline environment.
