With the global commercial airplane fleet expected to double by 2042, Boeing forecasts industry-wide demand for 2.3 million new aviation personnel over the next 20 years to support the commercial fleet and meet long-term growth in air travel.
We are delighted to be working with you as we pioneer our NextGen Continuous Programme to play a part in inspiring, education and retaining aviators for the future. Our passion is to work with schools outside of the traditional South East of The UK to inspire students from all walks of life to join our continuous programme that will ensure a steady pipeline of talented, capable, competency and confidenct Resilient Aviators. The programme is sponsored by the DfT as part of their Reach for he Skies Challenge Fund

Short 20 min virtual assemblies to inspire, educate and encourage Y11-Y13 students onto our NextGen Aviator Programme. At the end of the session interested students can select QR code to join our monthly programme of continuous learning and development virtual workshops.
