Resilient Pilot's Competency Development Scenario's (CDS's) are developed by our expert team of TRI/E's CRMT's and CBTi's in accordance with ICAO PANS TRG Doc 9868 and EASA FC.231 GEN 4 SBT Training Topics. They provide continuous learning and development opportunities for you to demonstrate your development from the monthly Competency Workshops (CWS's). Our Competency Based Training Instructors (CBTi's) trained by EmpowerEBT, will deliver a virtual desktop loft style scenario emulating an interesting operational sector full of unforeseen events and surprises providing a mechanism to find a solution where no ideal solution exists (Dilemma). The CBTi's will then facilitate a self assessment of how you demonstrated competence and associated behaviours for the outcome of the scenario using pioneering self evaluation and grading software Quantum, developed by Use Before Flight UBF
